Doctor Soares
Romildo Ribeiro Soares, better known as R.R. Soares, is one of Brazil's greatest evangelists and an internationally respected figure in Christian circles. He is the founder of Grace of God International Church and a pioneer in preaching the Gospel on Brazilian television.Born on December 6, 1947, in the countryside of Espírito Santo, R.R. Soares has always had a great passion for the work of God. In 1980, he founded the Grace of God Church in the city of Rio de Janeiro, with the mission of bringing the message of salvation, healing, deliverance and abundant life to as many people as possible.During the 1990s, under his leadership, the church experienced significant growth, expanding to various parts of Brazil and the world. He was the first evangelical preacher to broadcast the Word of God on Brazilian television, revolutionizing the way the Gospel is disseminated in the country.In addition to being a pastor and religious leader, R.R. Soares is also the author of several books, a composer of gospel hymns, and hosts the program "Show da Fé," which is broadcast daily on several television channels, reaching millions of viewers.Today, Grace of God Church has approximately 3.000 churches in Brazil and around the world such as The United States, The United Kingdom, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Romenia, South Africa, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Armenia and more countries reflecting the dedication and commitment of missionary R.R. Soares to fulfilling God's calling on his life. His vision has always been to reach the nations, and his work continues to inspire many to follow the teachings of Christ.
Pastor Felipe Menezes
Born on November 07, 1989, Pastor Felipe Menezes is a dedicated servant of God, English and Spanish teacher, translator, and interpreter. He is married to Bárbara and is the loving father of Isabela and Gabriela. His spiritual journey began in 2007, when he accepted Jesus, was baptized in water, and received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. In 2008, Pastor Felipe felt the call to dedicate his life to the work of God, and in 2009, he left his job as a teacher to commit himself fully to the ministry. For seven years, he served faithfully at the International Church of the Grace of God in Mogi das Cruzes as an assistant pastor. In 2012, Pastor Felipe assumed his first pastoral role at a church in Jardim Rodeio, SP. The following year, he was honored to be transferred to serve as an assistant to missionary R.R. Soares and Pastor Jayme de Amorim, a role he held for three years. In 2014, he married Barbara, and two years later, in the very beginning of 2016, they moved to South Africa, responding to the call to international ministry. In 2016, they returned to Brazil, where Pastor Felipe served as a translator and interpreter for the American preacher Tommy O'Dell for about a month. In December 2016, they took over the second church in Santo Amaro, SP, where they ministered fruitfully for six years. In November 2022, they answered a new call and moved to Armenia, where Pastor Felipe Menezes is committed to preaching the Gospel and winning souls for Jesus.
History of Grace of God Church
The Grace of God International Church is one of the most influential and respected evangelical denominations in Brazil and the world. Founded in 1980 by missionary R.R. Soares in the city of Rio de Janeiro, the church emerged with the mission of taking the message of the Gospel to every corner of the planet, preaching salvation, healing, deliverance and abundant life through Jesus Christ.
In the 1990s, under the visionary leadership of missionary R.R. Soares, the GGIC experienced remarkable growth, expanding its activities throughout Brazil and also to several countries around the world. The preaching of the “Complete Gospel,” which emphasizes that Jesus saves, heals, frees, forgives sins and gives abundant life, became the church’s trademark, attracting millions of followers.
The International Grace of God Church is also known for its massive presence in the media. It was one of the first churches to use television to transmit the message of Christ, with the program “Show da Fé,” hosted by R.R. Soares, one of the most watched evangelical programs in the country. In addition to TV, the church also uses radio, the internet, and other digital platforms to reach an even larger audience.
Today, the GGIC has about 3,000 churches spread throughout the world, being a spiritual refuge for those seeking a fuller life in God. In addition to regular services, the church promotes events, conferences, and evangelistic campaigns that have positively impacted the lives of millions of people.
Arrival in Armenia
In November 2022, the Grace of God International Church took another significant step in its global mission with the holding of its first service in Armenia. Under the leadership of Pastor Felipe Menezes, who had already dedicated more than 15 years to the work of God in South Africa, Armenia, Georgia and other countries in Europe, the church began to expand its activities to the region, winning souls for Jesus and forming committed disciples.
The arrival of GGIC in Armenia marks the beginning of a new phase in the history of the church, reinforcing its mission of taking the Gospel to all nations. With dedicated and committed work, the church seeks to reach even more people, bringing hope, healing and transformation to the lives of many.
Our Mission
Conduct worship services to God, study the Bible and preaching of the Gospel in regular meetings, promoting by all the means within his reach, the establishment of the Kingdom of God in the heart of human being, cooperating with other Churches or Associations of a
religious or missionary, similar, contributing to minimize the suffering of those most in need, collaborating with the authorities and
other social solidarity organizations, in actions or programs of social reintegration and community support, as well as promoting and carrying out studies based on the word of God, of an educational, cultural, technological, scientific and religious.

morality, only Jesus Christ, governed solely by the Bible in matters of faith, worship, discipline, personal and collegial conduct. We are a biblical church full of Holy Spirit. We believe in the Holy Trinity of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
